OTHER:  Founder and director of SingCo Music, an entertainment company founded on the principals of keeping American Popular Music from 1900 - 1950 alive and performing this music with passion and authenticity.  SingCo Music has produced STUDIO '37 and G.I. JIVE, two scripted "radio show" broadcast theatrical events written by, directed by and featuring Doug Bowles.  SingCo Music has also produced SHAKIN' THE BLUES AWAY, a 1920s and 30s cabaret created by Mr. Bowles and his collaborators, Alex Hassan and Cindy Hutchins.  Doug is also director and "front man" of DOUG BOWLES AND HIS SINGCO RHYTHM ORCHESTRA, an 11 - 16 piece 1930s and 40s style Hot Dance and Swing Band.  A CD to produced in England is in the works featuring Doug Bowles and Alex Hassan performing music of depression era America.
