Thomas Mastroianni (B.S., M.S., The Juilliard School; Mus.D., Indiana University), Professor Emeritus. Former dean of the School of Music. Studied with Beveridge Webster, Bela Nagy, and Sidney Foster. Known for his numerous concert appearances and master classes throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, China, Korea, and Russia. Recipient of the Franz Liszt Medal of the Hungarian Liszt Society. Presently executive secretary of the American Liszt Society. A frequent adjudicator and presenter of master classes and workshops on memory, technique, and performance anxiety.
